How to ask for help or a refund

  1. Message us through your Etsy order (or email with your order number).
  2. Tell us your device and browser and what isn't working.
  3. We'll reply within one business day and work with you to fix it. If it can't be fixed, we refund through Etsy.

Changed your mind?

Digital downloads generally can't be returned, so we can't offer refunds for change of mind once the files are delivered. That's why the demo exists. Nothing here limits any rights you have under your local consumer law.
